You can check availability in the calendar, which is up to date. Just click on the date you wish to check in and fill the details. Note that we have a minimum stay of 2 nights and a minimum stay of 3 nights during our high season (April & May).

We will respond with availability and a price quote. If you would like to make the reservation, we will block the dates for you and send you an confirmation with all the bank transfer information.   Payment of the deposit within 24 hours will automatically confirm your reservation.

Deposit / balance

A deposit of one night is required at the time of booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. The balance is to be settled upon arrival in cash. Of course you can also settle the entire amount prior to arrival, if you prefer.

Payments

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. We will provide you with the account number and the international bank codes.

Cancellation policy

With our two rooms we are very small business therefore no-shows have a big impact on our business as a whole. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.

The deposit required for a confirmed reservation is a one night deposit of the total. The cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 100% of the deposit (minus € 50 administration fee) is refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than three weeks prior to arrival
  • 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled between 3 and 1 week before the arrival date
  • No refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival
  • There is no refund in case of shortening your stay after arrival

You may wish to take out a travel/cancellation insurance to cover for the cancellation charge in case you have to cancel involuntarily.

Check in and check out times

Please consult us about check in and check out times. Generally the check in time is 2 p.m., check out 11 a.m. If we have no guests the night prior to your arrival, of course we can check you in early.
